1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tc44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). tc44 is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino, and cricket betting.

By using our platform, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use our services. This document is written in English and the English version shall be considered final.

tc44 is committed to ensuring maximum security and a fair play environment for all players as a safe and reliable platform. We keep every transaction and game secure through SSL encryption and fair play technology.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on tc44, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For ages 21 and above only").
• You are creating an account voluntarily and with full awareness.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are not operating multiple accounts and have not had a previous account cancelled.

tc44 may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Registration

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses or winnings will be cancelled. Accurate and complete information must be provided when registering an account.

3.2 Login & Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

tc44 conducts account verification to maintain security and prevent fraud. During verification, we may request the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tc44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large amounts may require verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

The user bears full responsibility for any transaction failure caused by providing an incorrect account number or information. Keep your own record of every transaction. tc44 will attempt to resolve transaction issues caused by technical errors, but is not responsible for third-party network problems.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 earns a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

The following restrictions apply to bonus usage:

• One account may participate in one bonus offer.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• tc44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• tc44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

tc44's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. Each tier's cashback is credited at the end of the week.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Fairness is ensured across all games on tc44. The outcome of every game is determined completely impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game or betting section has its own applicable rules. In sports betting, bets are settled after the result is determined. If any game is interrupted due to a technical error, tc44 will provide an appropriate resolution.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tc44:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions.
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward our support team.
• Fraudulent activities against the platform or against other users.

In the event of any of the above violations, tc44 may immediately close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure by tc44

tc44 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• For the purpose of a security investigation.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

We will try to notify you in advance where possible before closure, however action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

tc44 is not liable for the following:

• Internet connection disruptions or third-party network problems.
• Losses caused by technical errors or server downtime.
• Issues arising from the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Falling victim to third-party fraud where the user has shared their own login details.

We always strive to maintain the quality of our service and are ready to assist users with any issue. However, we are not liable for losses caused by factors outside the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

tc44 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
